Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to tidy up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. robot vacuum cleaners uk robotvacuummops.uk and mops that I have tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.
They're also easy to use using an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop with bleeding-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a miniature map of your house and a few on-screen buttons to control the device manually.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to change the cleaning mode based on the level of dirt. It will stop and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
The mop's roller has a number of other smart features, including a dock that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without you having to refill the mop. You can even use voice commands to control the built-in voice assistant of the S8, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular controls using just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile alternatives. It's one of the combinator robot vacuums that include mopping capabilities that are priced lower than the competition.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to begin, which includes creating an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. After this, the robot will begin vacuuming and mopping easily.
It is important to note that the mapping process takes some time and it could take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection is an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles but it was stuck on a rug with tassels that it required a flip to release itself. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbing. This results in floors being cleaned, not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can get to places a robot vacuum cannot.
This model is essentially identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and additional features that are smart. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to customize a number of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and place the debris into a self sealing bag. This helps to keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from recirculating. And its battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop model that has impressive features for affordable prices. It features powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets and a fantastic obstacle avoidance. It also has an innovative mopping system which utilizes a continuous roller doused with water to pull dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of steps and walked close to walls without falling. However, it struggled with fine engrained debris and wasn't always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise is also relatively high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than others.
As with most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in regular schedules. Eufy's app allows you to manage all of its functions. It provides a clear overview with plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot vacuums/mowers available, and it provides impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with a decent precision. The application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, create zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to prevent hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, which lifts the pads up when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating the carpet.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free maintenance centre, automatically washing and drying the mops, and refilling them with water and detergent. The base station comes with an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust and allows for 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot is a slick job at keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my tight apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your home, so it knows which areas to avoid. And, unlike many vacuums that have mopping capabilities it also has detection of objects and obstructions that is able to avoid things like bowls and dog toys (but not poop!).
Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also adjust the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
It comes with the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets, with high-pile carpets. It can also skip mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to reduce time. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't want to invest more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities this is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is an excellent choice to consider if you're looking for a versatile robot that can handle regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups for wet messes. It has a range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings through the app. It is surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick the tangled tassels of a rug, and its battery drains faster than other models we tested.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't do as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however, it did very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the incredibly powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It can even be programmed to automatically remove and replace mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in tiny areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it can be configured to take photos of every object it comes across (i.e., chew toys, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they aren't picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and not linked to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so great in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
